Tickets will go on sale at the following times on Saturday, January 27th at the Dieterich High School office.
7:30-7:45 Boys’ Basketball players, Cheerleaders, Coaches of Team(s) participating, Board of Education Members, Athletic Director, Administration
7:45 – 8:15 Staff, High School and Junior High Students
8:15 – 8:45 Reserved seats and Season Ticket Holders
Family Season Pass Holders
8:45 – 9:30General Public
• There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased by each individual.
• All seat holders must have a ticket (only baby in arms not taking up a seat will not require a ticket).
• Dieterich High School will sell their allotment of tickets SATURDAY ONLY. If you don’t buy Saturday morning at Dieterich, they may be bought at the door at Altamont on Saturday before the game.
Our Boys are playing for the 7th Grade Regional Championship at Stew-Stras tonight at 6:00p.m. Let's pack the gym! Go ROADRUNNERS!

Dieterich Unit #30 will hold a PreSchool Roundup and Kindergarten Pre-Registration on Monday, March 26th and Tuesday, March 27th from 12:30-5:45 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception Hall in Dieterich. Call Sharon at 217-925-5248 to schedule an appointment.
Wow! What a GREAT Community we have! We have had a great response to our plea for old yearbooks. We have been able to copy the 1940, were given the 1941, and have copied the 45, 46, and 47. We are still looking for 1942, 1943, 1944 and anything from the 1930's. Again, if you have access to these books and don't want to part with them, we would love to have the opportunity to copy them and give them back. Thanks so much to everyone who has helped us fill in these years of our school history!

Due to poor weather conditions the HS Boys Basketball game at Oblong for tonight (1/16/18) has been rescheduled for tomorrow 1/17/18 at 6:15p.m.
NTC/LOVC Shootout, Feb. 10th at Cumberland.
The Hall of Fame reception for all past and new inductees will start at 4:30 P.M. on Saturday night at the Kluthe Center in Dieterich. The induction ceremony will be held between the JV and Varsity games.
HS Boy's Basketball & HOF induction ceremony has been rescheduled for tomorrow, Saturday Jan. 13th. Same time.

Due to icy conditions, Dieterich Schools will be closed on Friday, January 12th. School will resume Tuesday, January 16th.
Tonight's Freshman boys basketball game at St. Anthony will start at 5:30 instead of 6:00 because of the possible threat of bad weather.

DHS is in search of old yearbooks. Did you know that Dieterich High School had a yearbook called "The Goldenrod" in 1919? And from 1921-1929 the yearbooks were called the "Di-Hi-An", we actually had one of those mailed to us. And from 1941-1948 the yearbooks were called "The Black Cat". Most people were not aware that Dieterich had a high school or a yearbook in those years or that we were once called the Black Cats. If you have access to any these yearbooks and wouldn't mind sharing, we'd love to make copies. Please contact the High School office if you have access to any of these books.
