The JH Volleyball game for tomorrow (2/23) has been moved up to a 4:00p.m. start time to try to give more time for families wishing to attend both Volleyball and the HS Boys Regional Championship game in Patoka. Tomorrow is also 8th grade night for the JH Volleyball team.

Because of bad weather Okaw Valley was not able to play Dieterich in the LOVC/NTC tournament this past Saturday; therefore, the following game has been set up:

We hated to postpone the game tonight (Sat, Feb 10th), but the road conditions in and around the Bethany/Findlay area deteriorated quickly this afternoon. We expect to have word on a rescheduled game on Monday, Feb. 12th. GO MAROONS

The DHS WYSE Team advanced to sectionals last Friday. Tyler Higgs placed 1st in Physics and 2nd in Mathematics.
The Dieterich SportsBackers annual laundry soap fundraiser kicks off tomorrow, February 9th, and runs through February 27th. All Dieterich High School and Junior High School sports teams and scholar bowl teams receive money from Sportsbackers so they ask everyone on any of those teams to sell. If you don't know an athlete or scholar bowl member and want to purchase items the order form and price sheet are attached and you can send your order and payment to the high school office. Thank you for supporting the Dieterich Sportsbackers and all the Dieterich School Teams!
The Fresh/Soph basketball team won the St. Elmo Tournament Championship tonight over NCCC 63-47. Nice job boys!

The High School Boys’ Basketball Program would like to thank Coach Niemerg and Coach Wente for presenting us with a check last night at their Youth Basketball Program’s end-of-year celebration. We truly appreciate what they do and hope the program continues to grow each year. The funds received will definitely go to a good cause, as we are constantly searching for ways to improve the high school basketball experience. Thanks again to all involved.

Tickets will go on sale at the following times on Saturday, January 27th at the Dieterich High School office.
7:30-7:45 Boys’ Basketball players, Cheerleaders, Coaches of Team(s) participating, Board of Education Members, Athletic Director, Administration
7:45 – 8:15 Staff, High School and Junior High Students
8:15 – 8:45 Reserved seats and Season Ticket Holders
Family Season Pass Holders
8:45 – 9:30General Public
• There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased by each individual.
• All seat holders must have a ticket (only baby in arms not taking up a seat will not require a ticket).
• Dieterich High School will sell their allotment of tickets SATURDAY ONLY. If you don’t buy Saturday morning at Dieterich, they may be bought at the door at Altamont on Saturday before the game.
